We host classes in our hometown as well as guests at other studios. Locals are always welcome to join our classes and we welcome new-comers and returning guests.

Our signature class is broken into 4 segments to maximize our motion and reflection.

Strengthen your foundation with a full range of movement, endurance, and reflection, while vibing to carefully curated music and a noise-cancelling experience to ground the entire class from the inside out.

Mat Pilates Spinal Strengthening targets our powerhouse of glutes and abs.

Active Breathwork and Balancing Postures deliver healthy functional movement in a therapeutic format

Blood flow to flow state.

High-Intensity Interval Training is cardiovascular endurance building and a chance to groove to the beat.

From internalized to integrated.

Seated Breathwork and guided meditation balance all of the body’s effort seamlessly through the nervous system and mind.

Each attendee is provided with an integration package. You'll receive some branded swag, a mat to practice on, an integration journal, and bottle to use for refreshments of your choice.

Welcome to my House.

As a senior executive in the corporate and tech startup world, I’ve realized that the best way to deliver peak performance is via healthy body and mind which requires prioritizing a well lived life outside of the office. Many people struggle to find purpose in our lives and the pace at which we move provides little time to reflect on what we need to fill our cup, often leading to burnout or worse yet, chronic illness.

My goal with House Harmon is to help people find ways to connect with themselves on a deeper level to find authenticity, a connection to mind and body that helps us find focus, and to understand how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ambition, drive, and the desire to live meaningfully.

During both events, there was breath work, physical movement that pushed me in a good way, and quiet reflection through restorative yoga poses. How do I sign up for a retreat?

We use Wetravel that allows you to pick a room and put down a deposit. If the links to events are not live, we are still in pre-sale and you can email to get on our first to know waitlist.

What payment types do you accept?

Wetravel accepts multiple payment types or you can reach out directly if Venmo or Zelle is preferred.

Is travel included in the cost?

Travel is NOT included! We will help with rideshare coordination as needed when local, or shuttle coordination to resort locations where relevant.

Do You Offer Installments?

Yes! We request a deposit, and multiple payment plans are available.

What supplies are provided during a class or retreat?

We will have a supply of mats and blankets and of course headphones, but feel free to bring your own mat or anything you know makes your practice more comfortable.

Are your classes and retreats accessible to people with disabilities?

We welcome all bodies and abilities. Please contact us for more specific questions or requests.

What kind of supplies should I bring along with me?

All room amenities and meals are covered on retreats but you are welcome to bring snacks, and any other comfort items needed.

I’m not from the USA, can I sign up for your retreats?

Is there food included? If so, do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

All meals are included and we support dietary restrictions from vegan/vegetarian to gluten and lactose free. We’ll have an additional survey to ensure we know your needs and the kitchen has all details to accommodate.
