Our Signature Class: The Vibe

A more movement-focused version of our corporate workshops, our signature community classes, “The Vibe,” are open to the public. Incorporating elements of yoga, music, breathwork, and HIIT, The Vibe is designed for those seeking to boost performance or find a space to reset.
